.Shipping and Delivery Policy

The following below are our shipping policies.
We currently only will post to addresses in the United Kingdom and we must have a clear address to ship to.
We have a very reliable local post office right by the shop that uses Royal Mail and therefore we have decided to use Royal Mail for our posting to you.
We believe Royal Mail is the quickest and reliable source of posting for your parcels and packages.
Each parcel and package will vary in size depending on what you wish to order and how many items are inside the order itself.
For eg a small parcel is £4.50 and a medium parcel is £5.75. Postage costs can vary depending on what is ordered and if it will cost more we shall contact you to inform you as soon as we can.
This is royal mail standard service that aims to deliver within two working days.
If a customer wishes to have a next day delivery they are welcome to do so but would have to cover the costs for this first by informing us on your order notes with a suitable phone number to take the additional payment for this. Please note if you order say at 16:00 and we pack and post at the post office at 16:30 but we have allready missed the next day postage we will not be responsible for this and next day might not be guaranteed however we will endeavour to ensure we can do the best for you as best as we can.
We also offer a pick up collection service from the shop to for eg we cannot ship big bags of 15kg dog food for eg as it will cost to much.
We aim to post out any orders on the same day during shop hours.
Please note the post office is closed on a Wednesday in our village therefore we will not post any orders on a Wednesday unless they are collection only.
Our handling times for any orders will be during normal working hours of Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday and Friday however no posting on a Wednesday or weekends and holiday dates if a order is placed it will be on the next working day.
We are a working dog groomers/pet shop so we will aim to process your order as reasonable quick as possible as soon as we receive your order however please understand sometimes delays can occur out of our control and it might not be on the same day however we can advise that any orders placed with us will be dealt with as soon as possible for you. All proof of postage/receipt’s will be kept safely.
