Disclaimer
Please note that all grooming sessions require a £15 deposit to be taken at the time of booking. If you do not arrive for your appointment or cancel within 48 hours notice your deposit will be retained.
While we strive to ensure that all pets in our care are healthy and free of parasites, we cannot guarantee that any animal is completely free of fleas or other pests. Fleas are common and can be transferred through a variety of means, including other animals, the environment and human carriers.
As a responsible pet owner, it is important to regularly check your pets for fleas and take appropriate measures for their prevention and treatment. We recommenced consulting with a veterinarian for the best flea control options tailored to your pets specific needs.
If your pet is found to have fleas we will unfortunately have to cancel your appointment. We will happily reschedule for a later date though any deposit will be retained.
If you’re more than 20 minutes late for your appointment we might not be able to continue your appointment and you will lose the any deposit.
