.Refund and Return Policy
Paws Fur Thought will accept for return or exchange items that are new in condition as they was sent unused, unaltered by the customer and free from damage for a full refund or exchange for the same amount of price paid unless the customer wishes to pay more money if the item being bought or exchanged is to cost more in value within 21 days from receipt of the item being purchased through us and after 21 days we don’t have to give a refund or a exchange. If gift cards are given to you as a present you aren’t eligible for a cash refund. Customers are responsible for return postage costs on any items or they are welcome in normal business hours to come to the shop in person if they don’t wish to post the item to us and if the item is posted back to us it is at the customers responsible and therefore we recommend a signed for delivery.
